There are virtually no limits to the number of structural design possibilities when using rigid foam polyurethane due to its good flow properties.

Moulded articles made with rigid foam polyurethane are preferably produced with a wall thickness of 4 to 20mm and a density in the range 500 to 700 Kg/m3.
